As international shipping charges can be very high, we must charge you the actual shipping costs. We are pleased to e-mail you with the actual costs before we ship your order. At this time you will have the option of cancelling your order.

Due to the enormous expense of shipping overseas, we use the Registered, Insured Canada Post Airmail service. This service only provides a tracking number for packages over 5 kg. Delivery overseas takes 2-4 weeks.

Upon request we will quote XpressPost with tracking number. Delivery average 5-9 business days.

Please note: If you place an order with us, and you are expecting to be absent from the location to which you have requested delivery, please leave specific instructions with your local post office to hold it for you to pick up upon your return. If your order is returned to NuCèlle for non-delivery for any reason other than an incorrect address, we are not responsible for replacing that order, unless we actually receive the return. These overseas parcels are very rarely returned to us, so please plan ahead!!!
