How to Use
Use twice daily as step 2. Pour a small amount onto clean finers or cotton ball if you prefer smooth over face and neck. Follow with NuCèlle 3 Mandelic Lotion 10% or 15% Serum.

It’s a great toner!
This is the first product I purchased from NuCelle. It is a lovely way to start my daily skin routine. I love this product.
