How to Use
Use morning and evening after NuCèlle 3 10% or 15% Serum as step 4 for Normal/Oily or Acne Prone skin. Apply a liberal amount over face and neck
I have used NuCelle for many, many years and have always loved it!!!
So rich feeling, with a real oceanic scent that makes you feel like its penetrating the skin. Excellent in winter. Seems to plump the skin from rich emollients, but I’m sure the mandelic acid is also contributing.
